If you are out of refills, we will proactively contact your doctor and request new prescriptions. In select cases, especially in pain management, the doctors will not provide new prescriptions without an appointment. In this event, we will send you a reminder.

Do not worry, we can take care of that. If your medications still have remaining refills, and the medication is not a CII med (otherwise known as narcotic), then we can simply call your current pharmacy to have the prescription transferred. If not, ask your doctor to fax, escribe or mail in the prescription to get it filled next time with us.
